الوصف

  • Supervise day-to-day freight forwarding operations, including import, export, and domestic shipments.
  • Coordinate with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage operational workflows, resolving issues and delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare and review operational reports, shipment documents, and performance metrics.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure high productivity and service quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and control operational costs in line with company budget.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Flexible hours available
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
