  • Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used.
  • Inspect work to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
  • Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
  • Communicate project updates, issues, and progress to the Project Manager or Engineer.
  • Resolve site-related problems and technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, timekeeping, and progress reports.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior workers or apprentices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
