الوصف

  • Conducts laboratory scale production as part of experimental study.
  • Conducts continuous product shelf-life study to set maximum shelf-life declaration.
  • Conducts sensory evaluation of developed products for approval, existing expired products that passed micro-analysis to verify if still okay for house sale.
  • Evaluates samples submitted by supplier for possible alternative source of material/ingredients.
  • Conducts actual stacking height testing of incoming new corrugated box for possible alternative supplier.
  • Assists Assistant R&D Manager in conducting experiments.


المتطلبات

  • BS Food Technology/Nutrition or any related course
  • 2-4 years experience in product research and development
  • Food safety and health standard
  • Knowledgeable on industry’s GMP/HACCP and FSSC standards and requirements
  • Knowledge in Commissioning or Product trial run
  • Knowledge in Statutory and Regulatory requirements
