  • Dispatching of pending orders
  • Taking orders and receiving payments
  • Implementing food safety and cleanliness
  • Performing inventory procedure and raw material handling
  • Interacting with customers
  • Responding to customer complaints and inquiries and resolving issues whenever possible
  • Using selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers
  • Cashiering and other related functions as may be necessary
  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: With previous experience in the food industry is an advantage
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking, cashiering, and exceptional customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
