  • Assist customers with food selections and orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, customer management, cashiering, waitering, and strong hospitality skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide exceptional service, assist with food preparation, manage customer orders, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, long hours on feet, and flexible shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, customer-oriented, adaptable, and team player.
