  • Greet Customers: Welcome customers as they enter the dining area, providing a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
  • Assist with Menu Choices: Help customers with food and beverage selections, providing information about menu items, daily specials, and dietary options.
  • Take Orders: Accurately take food and drink orders from customers, relaying them to the kitchen or bar as necessary.
  • Serve Food and Beverages: Serve food and drinks to customers at their tables or counters, ensuring the correct items are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond to customer inquiries or complaints politely and efficiently, escalating issues to a manager or supervisor when needed.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Continuously check in with customers to ensure their satisfaction and comfort throughout their meal.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
  • Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not always required.
  • Experience handling food and working in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks at once, such as serving food, taking orders, and cleaning tables, especially during busy periods.
  • Ensuring orders are accurately taken and delivered, with attention to presentation and customer requests.
