Customer Service

• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction at all times
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service
• Respond quickly to guest requests or concerns
• Ensure diners have a pleasant and memorable dining experience

Service Operations

• Visit tables to check on guests and address any issues immediately
• Perform daily opening and closing duties
• Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions
• Keep service areas stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., tableware)

Food Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Ensure cleanliness and order in accordance with Brotzeit guidelines

Other Duties

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Preferably with working experience in similar capacity/relevant industry
• Good spoken English and an additional language would be an added advantage
• Actively looking for ways to assist guests on dining needs and helping team members
• Managing one’s own time
• Active listening on guests’ needs and asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times
• Punctuality
• Basic assessment skills to estimate wait time for guests
• Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment
