  • A Food Stall Attendant is responsible for preparing, serving, and handling food at a stall or kiosk. They ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick and friendly service while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
  • Food Preparation: Cook, assemble, and serve food items according to menu and hygiene standards.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments, give change, and manage the cash register or digital payment system.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness of the stall, follow food safety regulations, and ensure proper food storage.
  • Stock Management: Monitor inventory, restock ingredients, and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Stall Setup & Closing: Open and close the stall, arrange the display, and ensure everything is in order for operation.
  • Basic food preparation and handling knowledge.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Prior experience in food service is a plus but not always required.
