  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional quality and efficiency.
  • Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain inventory and assist in developing menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest complaints effectively.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage service or supervisory roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require long hours and shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling stressful situations.
