الوصف

  • Supervise front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during the shift.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.
  • Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the shift.
  • Handle cash, process transactions, and perform end-of-shift financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, floor, or inventory staff to ensure service flow.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Communicate shift updates to management and escalate issues when needed.

المتطلبات

  • College Level | At least 2 years complete
  • At least 1 years experience as Shift Manager/ Assistant Manager in Casual/ Fine Dining 
  • Has strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge in: P&L, Food Costing, Labor Costing, Food Safety, Quality in general, FOH & BOH management, Team Management, Sales Oriented.
