1.Ensuring the efficient running of the outlet in line with the brand standards.

2. Maintain exceptional levels of guest service and evaluate guest satisfaction levels for continuous improvement.

3. Manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue and work within budgeted guidelines.

4. Recruit, manage, train and develop the outlet team.

5. Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives; develop menus, policies and procedures.

6. Comply with outlet security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

•  Minimum 5 years work experience as Outlet Manager or well accomplished Assistant Manager.
• Excellent knowledge in Malaysian cuisines and beverages.
• Well presentable, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
