The Corporate Finance Officer supports the company’s capital-raising, financialplanning, and investor relations initiatives. The role ensures that the company has the right funding structure to support loan portfolio growth and business expansion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Bank and Investor Relationship Management

• Assist in securing and managing funding from banks, investors, and financial institutions.
• Negotiate bank fees, loan terms, and interest rates to ensure favorable arrangements.
• Monitor bank performance and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting teams on cash flow and funding needs.

2. Cash and Liquidity Management

• Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
• Manage fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and loan drawdowns.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and recommend strategies to optimize cash usage.

3. Reporting and Compliance

• Prepare regular reports on bank transactions, loan schedules, and investor payables.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies regarding bank and investor accounts.
