Job Title: Finance Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, highly analytical Finance Officer to support the financial operations of our growing e‑commerce platform in Quezon City. The ideal candidate has solid hands‑on experience in BSP compliance, bookkeeping, regulatory reporting, and corporate finance, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced digital business environment.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and sound financial management to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure full compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations, including required reports, documentation, and audit support
• Prepare and submit regulatory, statutory, and government filings (BIR, SEC, BSP, and other relevant agencies) in a timely and accurate manner
• Support corporate finance functions such as budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning and analysis
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
• Monitor company cash position, revenue flows, payment gateways, and settlement reconciliations common in e‑commerce transactions
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed
• Assist in developing and improving internal controls, finance processes, and compliance procedures
• Support management in financial decision‑making through data analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and best accounting practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
• Proven experience in BSP compliance and regulatory reporting (required)
• Strong background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and corporate finance
• Experience working in e‑commerce, fintech, digital platforms, or fast‑growing companies is an advantage
• Knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements
• Proficient in accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial software
• Highly detail‑oriented, analytical, and organized
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
