- Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable
- Maintain and report financial information
- Create and analyze financial reports
- Invoice processing and checking
- Work closely with accounting team
- Perform other finance duties
- Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
- Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts
- Maintaining historical records
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
- Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year in a finance field
- Have good attitude and Personality
- Willing to overtime if required and requested by the superior
- Exhibits strong analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Positivity and collegial “can do” type approach
