• Recording of Incoming Payments: Record customer payments ( cash, online payments, etc.) into the accounting system accurately and on time.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare Daily Cashiers Report
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure stores adherence to financial regulations and internal policies with regards to cash management.
• Petty Cash Management: safekeep and manage the pcf, ensure that all disbursements are within allowable limits and comply with company policies.
• Regulatory compliance: (1) ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation for tax identification, business permits, and licenses. (2) Ensure proper documentation and clearance from government agencies for store TIN & POS cancellations.

Qualifications:

• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience on a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
