- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and leads.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, coverage, and premiums to clients in a clear and simple manner.
- Process applications, handle renewals, and update client records.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with claims and coverage questions.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and licensing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance laws and company policies.
- At least college graduate.
- With 1 year working experience preferred.
- Proven sales or customer service experience; insurance experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using social media, and other platforms.
- With stable internet connection, and device (tablet and/or laptop)
