• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions based on sound analysis
• Track and analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Develop financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or related course (CPA preferred).
• With 3 - 5 years experience in financial analysis.
• Strong in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and other financial tools.
• Excellent communicator and team player with high integrity.
• Home base: Multi-Line Head Office in Quezon City
