• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing financial performance against budgets and forecasts, preparing reports for business leaders, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Business Performance & Cost Control: Assessing profitability, revenue growth, and cost control, optimizing efficiency, and identifying financial risks and opportunities.
• Strategic Financial Support: Partnering with leadership and business units to provide financial guidance, translate financial data into actionable insights, and support decisions on investments, pricing, and cost management
• Decision Support & Business Case Evaluation: Evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives, projects, and investments, providing financial modeling support for strategic decisions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the main finance liaison, clearly communicating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders and building strong relationships across business functions.
• Process Improvement: Driving continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems to support more effective decision-making and financial management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Experience with financial reporting, auditing, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
