• Work with the client to develop a good financial strategy and all-encompassing protection package that best meets their needs
• Identify client’s financial goals through proper fact-finding of their needs
• Continuous prospecting to bring on new clientele
• Insure and Protect lives while earning unlimited income potential
• Sell, build your team, get promoted
• Provide financial advice to clients and help them with investment strategies.
• Analyze financial data and create customized financial plans based on clients' goals and risk tolerance.
• Stay updated with market trends and financial news to provide accurate recommendations.

• College Graduate
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not necessary
• Possess interpersonal skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Able to work either full-or part-time on a WFH setup
