Take full ownership of tax filing compliance, including preparing, reviewing, and filing all local, state, and federal tax returns.
Manage the entire process of tax documentation gathering, calculations, and filing, ensuring that all tax-related data is accurate and complete.
Prepare financial statements and ensure tax implications are properly reflected in all accounting reports and transactions.
Handle corporate tax filings, including income tax, sales tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes, ensuring timely submissions to meet deadlines.
Act as the point of contact for any tax-related audits, preparing all required documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, adapting internal processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Collaborate closely with senior management to implement tax-saving strategies while ensuring full compliance with tax laws.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provisions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
Minimum of 7/10 years of experience in tax compliance and filings, with a strong understanding of corporate tax returns and tax regulations.
In-depth knowledge of tax compliance processes, including the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tax-related tasks under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
