  • Oversee daily financial operations and reporting.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop finance team members.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
  • Conduct audits and assist in tax preparations.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, competitive analysis, asset management, market research, financial statement preparation, analytics and reporting.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing accounts payable/receivable, conducting risk assessments, and preparing financial reports.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve long hours during fiscal closing periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
