We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and help drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, along with hands-on experience in using and managing financial systems (e.g., ERP, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar platforms).

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws
• Monitor financial performance and analyze trends
• Recommend improvements to financial processes and controls
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
• Utilize and optimize financial systems to streamline workflows
• Collaborate with other departments to support business decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial systems (ERP, accounting software, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
