Our client (confidential) partners with multi-site clients across various industries, delivering end-to-end solutions—from custom signage design and fabrication to installation and facility maintenance. They are seeking a Controller, Shared Services to oversee accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement across multiple business units.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team within shared services (AP, AR, GL).
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls across multi-site operations.
• Standardize processes and implement workflow improvements and automation.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, audits, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service level excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
• Leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
