الوصف

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure proper accruals for media placements and campaign execution costs.
  • Liaise with sales to validate media booking records and campaign statuses.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an SME environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax laws, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance.
  • Familiarity with OOH industry billing cycles, revenue models, and cost structures is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Excel for financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with both creative and commercial teams.
  • Preferably 40 to 50 Years of Age.
