  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
  • Record business transaction and key daily worksheets
  • Oversees reports regarding cash flow, ensure correct payments are made in a timely manner.
  • Assist Finance Director as needed
  • Maintaining copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
  • Process Costumer Sales Invoice when required
  • Maintain accurate financial and other records and activities
  • Manage the preparation of budgets
  • Responsible for maintaining the bank accounts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Handles accounting payroll
  • Preparing ledger entries with earnings and deduction
  • Entering payroll information and maintaining payroll files
  • Calculating salaries, overtime earnings, and vacation deductions
  • Issuing paychecks in a timely manner
  • Generating payroll reports for Managers to review
  • Updating payroll systems, including employment hires and terminations.
  • Attending to payroll inquiries from employees
  • Seeking a Finance Manager with 6+ years of experience in construction or renovation finance.
  • Must manage budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
  • Strong cash flow management and regulatory compliance required.
  • Relevant certifications preferred.
