JOB SUMMARY - This role will be crucial in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our food retailing stall. You will be responsible for a wide range of financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Financial Management:
• Manage daily cash flow, including receiving payments, making disbursements, and preparing daily sales reports.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Track and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare accurate time records and payroll of employees
• Conduct Audits on the implementation of policies and procedures regarding delivery of items purchased from suppliers, stock inventory levels, use of equipment and supplies and other items as may be delegated to the job.
• Coordinate with the Payroll Master and Accounting Auditor as needed.
Administrative Support:
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist with customer service inquiries as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Assist with the development and implementation of administrative systems.
• Support other administrative tasks as required.
• Perform all other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
