Maintains accurate and complete records of all financial transactions
Prepares checks, fund transfers and check/ fund transfer vouchers
Reviews reimbursement and liquidation requests and endorses these for fund release, as needed
Reviews requests for payment, endorses for approval and releases checks to suppliers and/or contractors
Prepares weekly funds monitoring report
Coordinates with the accountant and auditor matters concerning financial records and compliance requirements
Prepares clients billing statements Follows up on collection of receivables from clients
Prepares and maintains accurate records of aging receivables Monitors and ensures the timely payments/ remittances of mandated government transactions such as WTC, EWT, VAT, Income Taxes, SSS, PHIC and HDMF Premiums and loans, the SEC and other compliances due to the government agencies

Bachelor’s degree of any four (4) year Business course
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills
Good influencing and problem-solving skills
Unquestionable Integrity

Sense of professionalism and confidentiality
Flexible to work hours in order to complete tasks in a timely manner, when needed Willing and able to work with minimum supervision
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team–oriented environment
Experience in Security and/or Manpower Service Industry is preferred
