Position: Procure-to-Pay Financial Supervisor

Job Requirements:

bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, business or any related course

CPA, CIA certification is a plus.

With at least 5-7 years of experience finance operations specializing in Procure to Pay.

With at least 1-2 years of experience in people management.

With working experience in Shared services or BPO companies.

With hands on experience P2P System with oracle fusion is a plus

Responsibilities:

Serving as the point of contact for escalations, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining vendor/internal relationships.

Preparing performance reports and analyzing metrics for stakeholders.

Distributing work, managing HR tasks (training, performance), motivating the team, and fostering a positive environment.

Identifying and implementing enhancements to streamline and automate the P2P cycle.

Ensuring timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments according to SLAs and KPIs.
