Take charge of key accounts and lead employee-level loan penetration across partner companies. You'll identify potential partner firms, handle accreditations, and ensure our Salary Loan offerings make a lasting impact on every employee we serve.

• Scout and accredit new client companies
• Build strong, lasting client relationships
• Coordinate marketing efforts to drive loan uptake among employee bases
• Source, engage, and onboard sales partners and client companies
• Represent TGLFC at industry events and networking opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end partnership and sales cycle—from pitch to performance

1. Strong sales and relationship management skills
2. Comfortable with fieldwork, presenting to decision-makers, and closing deals
3. Background in financial services, B2B partnerships, or loan sales is a plus
4. Driven, persuasive, and highly organized individuals who can manage multiple accounts and relationships
