Responsibilities:

• Travel to various retail locations to support daily operations and sales activities.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays to maintain store readiness.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers as needed.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with store teams to execute promotional strategies and enhance sales performance.
• Monitor store performance metrics and report observations or challenges to management.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures during field assignments.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic retail environment.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and inventory control processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or field operations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse work settings.

Amenable to deployment at Big Skinny Head Office in Taguig City, with the flexibility to provide support across store locations as needed.
