  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in building systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, engineering principles, and ability to read blueprints.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure building operations run efficiently, perform maintenance tasks, and oversee project implementations.
  • Working Conditions: Typically works in office settings and at construction sites, requiring attention to safety.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
