We are searching for an EA to the Operations Director to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 Workplace Everywhere!


Role: EA to the Director of Accounts

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Philippines - Makati/Angeles

Schedule: Morning shift


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director of Accounts calendar, appointments, and travel across international time zones
  • Coordinate online meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Draft professional correspondence and stakeholder communications
  • Support the preparation of board reports, presentations, and financial dashboards
  • Assist in tracking tasks, milestones, and internal finance projects
  • Maintain digital filing systems and document control (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across Australia and the Philippines


Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior admin role
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organised with great time management and the ability to juggle priorities
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and with utmost discretion
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or working in cross-border environments
  • Experience using SharePoint, Xero, or task tracking tools like Asana or Trello


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting finance teams or understanding of finance-related terminology
  • Familiarity with Australian organisations or reporting standards
  • Experience using SharePoint, Xero, or task tracking tools like Asana or Trello
