الوصف
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events from start to finish.
- Create event proposals, manage event budgets, and work with vendors.
- Oversee event logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
- Lead ingress and egress operations with the team to ensure timely setup and breakdown of events.
- Act as a point of contact for event-related queries, ensuring smooth communication across all parties involved.
- Handle event monitoring, problem-solving on-site, and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Work with a team to ensure all tasks and processes are followed through properly.
المتطلبات
- A graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to perform field work and handle event logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fast learner with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to start immediately (ASAP).
