  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, email lists, and CRM systems
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media posts, etc.)
  • Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage and track inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
  • Support social media and content publishing schedules
  • Help compile marketing reports, performance metrics, and analytics
  • Liaise with external vendors, creative agencies, and freelancers as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative or marketing support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
