1. Supervise machinists’ daily work.

 2. Check and evaluate accomplishment reports of machinists.

 3. Monitor mould development schedules.

 4. Check and evaluate fabricated moulds.

 5. Plans, schedules and implements rules and regulations.

 6. Perform duties that may assigned.

 7. Participate in the creation of the daily machine schedule providing feedback to feasibility, flow and operator capacity. 

 8. Ensure all machines are running in accordance with the daily published schedule, and with objectives.

 9. Actively mentors and participates in the training of machinists. Includes goal setting and review, along with completion of annual performance review.

 10. Set up machines, adjust settings, perform calibration, and maintenance.

 Qualifications/ Education 

 - Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Engineering 

 - Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry

 - Knowledgeable in Drafting

 - Highly dynamic

 - Metric driven

 - Close tolerance manufacturing environment with responsibilities in machine operation and programming,
