  1. Involved in setting up/buy-off, adjusting, preventive/corrective maintenance and optimizing SMT machines and processes to achieve desired production outcomes.
  2. Troubleshoot problems that may arise during the SMT process, ensuring the continuous flow of production.
  3. Continuously seek ways to improve the SMT process, such as optimizing machine settings reducing rejection rates, and enhancing overall manufacturing efficiency.
  4. Document processes and procedures related to SMT assembly, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  5. Communicate effectively with other engineers, operators and management to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
  1. Basic technical Knowledge of SMT machines or willingness to learn.
  2. Physical stamina as the role often involves standing or repetitive tasks.
  3. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
