Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Responsibilities and Duties: Addressing employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing HR policies that comply with legal requirements.Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional requirements to travel to meet employees or attend workshops.Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, ethical, confidential with a proactive approach to resolving workplace issues.
