- Facilitate communication between employees and management to address concerns.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Manage conflict resolution and conduct investigations.
- Provide guidance on employee issues and workplace culture.
- Develop training programs on employee relations best practices.
- Analyze employee feedback to enhance workplace environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle employee relations issues, manage payroll, and support social recruitment efforts.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in employee relations or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in payroll processes, and people management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, empathetic, and a team player with excellent written communication skills.
