Job Summary

The First Aider is responsible for providing immediate and appropriate first aid care to employees, clients, and visitors in case of injury, illness, or emergency within the BPO workplace. The role ensures compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and supports a safe and healthy working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be DOLE-accredited First Aider, trained and certified by:

• Philippine Red Cross (PRC)

• Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) or any recognized first aid training organization under DOLE.

• Certification must include Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR).

Skills & Competencies

• Skilled in first aid, CPR, and emergency response techniques.
• Ability to stay calm during emergencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of DOLE OSH standards is preferred.
• Able to work in a team, especially in emergency situations.
• Physically fit and able to respond quickly during emergencies.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules if needed.
• Good moral character and professionalism.
• Experience (Preferred)
• Prior experience as a first aider, emergency responder, or health assistant is an advantage.
• Experience handling minor medical incidents or emergencies is a plus.
