POSITION SUMMARY

• The Senior Electronics Technician is the technical backbone of the service center, focusing on the "brains" of modern household appliances. He will dive deep into circuitry to identify root causes and restore functionality and high-value electronic modules.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting on motherboards for refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, kitchen appliances, TVs & other home appliances.
• Identify and replace faulty capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits (ICs), transistors, and diodes using precision soldering and rework stations.
• Utilize multimeters, oscilloscopes, and ESR meters to analyze circuit behavior and verify repairs.
• Document every stage of the repair process, including initial symptoms, diagnostic findings, specific components replaced, and final testing results.
• Provide clear recommendations on whether a board is repairable or requires full replacement based on cost-benefit analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or any related field
• With skills in Circuit Mastery, Schematic Literacy, and Tool Proficiency
• With a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically in appliance electronics or consumer electronics repair
• Preferably living within the area and willing to be assigned to different projects
