• Install electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, outlets, circuit breakers, and control panels, according to blueprints, and electrical codes.
• Interpreting technical diagrams and schematics to understand the layout and components of electrical systems
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Work with necessary manual/power tools and supplied materials to complete projects
• Perform other tasks to aide others towards completing with projects.
• Maintain corporate safety procedure at all times and comply with access control regulations.

Branch Assignment: BKHD 

• Renovation project 

Duration of 5-6 months, can be extended or ended early depending on the project progress

• 21-45 years of age
• At least completed a Technical Vocational course or have 1-2 years of work experience related to Property Maintenance.
• Preferably with National Certificate (NC) II from TESDA.
• Willing to work and shifting schedule, extended hours including holidays

• Good team player, and must be good at giving recommendations on improvement of electrical systems
• Non-smoker
