• NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance

• Skilled in Y-Delta and across-the-line motor connections

• Familiar with motor control circuits, power distribution, contactors, relays, and sensors

• Proficient in using megger, multitester, clamp meter, and panel instruments

• Able to read electrical diagrams and understand load balancing

• Physically fit and capable of plant fieldwork and troubleshooting under pressure
