الوصف

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Conduct routine inspection and identify potential problems.
  • Perform general repairs such as carpentry, painting, drywall, door repairs, and other building fixtures.
  • Identify supplies and materials needed for maintenance and repairs.
  • Performs other functions as maybe assigned from time to time.
  • Graduate of Electrical course or any related vocational courses.
  • Experience is an advantage, but not required.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Can work well with team or alone.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to work in Makati.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
