Design electrical systems and layouts for solar panel installations (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Perform load analysis, system sizing, and layout planning based on site requirements and energy needs.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics using AutoCAD or similar tools.
Supervise installation of inverters, panels, cabling, grounding, switchboards, and other electrical components.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, electrical codes, and engineering standards.
Conduct field inspections and site evaluations for solar power system installation and commissioning.
Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control checks during and after installation.
Prepare technical reports, test results, and as-built drawings upon project completion.
Provide post-installation maintenance support, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation of systems.
Recommend upgrades, replacements, or modifications to improve performance and efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is preferred but not required
Preferably with proven experience in electrical system design and implementation, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, inverters, and grid-tied/off-grid systems.
Strong understanding of local electrical codes and safety standards.
Strong communication and project coordination skills. Efficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope)
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Willing to be assigned under Sunpower Partners Corporation.
