Store Management

• Manage product listings on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok, ensuring accurate details and pricing
• Optimize product pages to boost visibility and conversions

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed

Customer Engagement

• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback professionally
• Enhance customer satisfaction and manage product reviews

Brand Growth

• Develop strategies to grow brand presence and customer base across platforms
• Work with influencers on TikTok for brand content creation

Performance Analysis
