• Oversee and manage all e-commerce activities in relation to sales, marketing, and product presentation
• Develop and implement strategies to improve website traffic and sales conversion
• Manage product listings and ensure accurate product information
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of e-commerce trends
• Optimize website content for search engines and boost website visibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Qualification:

• Proven work experience as an E-commerce specialist or similar role
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce practices, including SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media platforms
• Experience in project management and customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce software (Magento, Shopify, etc.)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• BSc degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
