  • Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch.
  • Navigate efficiently using GPS or local knowledge.
  • Valid driver’s license (specific to local regulations).
  • Clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of local routes, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle cash or electronic payment systems.
  • Physical stamina for long hours of driving.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Background check and drug screening (depending on employer).
