الوصف
- Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Proofread and edit documentation for clarity and accuracy.
- Organize and manage documentation repositories.
- Assist in training staff on documentation processes.
المتطلبات
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field/ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in documentation or support roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, Help Desk software, strong written communication, organizational skills, and time management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard hours with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong analytical skills, and effective communicator.
