The Restaurant Dispatcher coordinates and manages the flow of orders and staff movement within the restaurant to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient service for dine-in and take-out customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order flow between kitchen, cashiers, and service staff
• Prioritize orders based on preparation time and service needs
• Communicate order status updates to kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders before service
• Assist in managing peak-hour operations and resolving delays
• Support proper sequencing of food release from the kitchen
• Handle service flow issues and escalate concerns to supervisors
• Maintain operational logs and assist in daily service coordination

Qualifications and Skills
