Dispatcher is responsible on the whole process of loading and unloading of goods for deliveries and goods/stocks delivered to Commissary. He/she is responsible in ensuring that deliveries are accurately loaded and unloaded. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

1. Checks packed goods and other orders before finalizing the delivery details. 

2. Ensures that all the goods prepared are in accordance to the orders received from the stores/clients. 

3. Assist in the preparation of orders. 

4. Counts all the goods charged on the delivery vehicle and updates the tracking system to ensure that goods charged will arrive complete and in good condition. 

5. Does unloading/discharging of goods delivered to us. Checks receipts and records and ensure that delivered goods are in right count and amount. 

6. Reports unnecessary findings seen during the goods assessment to immediately address it. 

7. Ensuring that the deliveries and pickups are done per allocated timeline. 

8. Always coordinates schedule of dispatch to the Warehouse Officer and Commissary Manager for proper recording. 

9. Assist in other warehousing duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to him/her from time to time. 

10. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. 

• Finished high school or any vocational graduate 
• At least one (1) year work experience in the same role, in the same capacity 
• Ability to multi-task and manage requests on a timely manner 
• Ability to work with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality 
• Performs responsibility with Tenacity 
• Must be honest and truthful 
• Adaptable and willing to learn 
• Knowledge on inventory management is an advantage 
• Must be physically fit. Can lift up to 50 pounds of boxes or goods 
• Can follow written and verbal instruction 
• Good working knowledge of the following computer software: MS Word, MS Excel 
• Candidate must be willing to work around Metro Manila
